Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on March 6, 2024 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted resolutions on:
- appointment of Mr Dariusz Marzec to the Management Board of the 12th term of office as from March 18, 2024 and entrusting him the position of the President of the Management Board;
- appointment of Mr Marcin Laskowski to the Management Board of the 12th term of office as from March 18, 2024 and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Regulations.
Other information about the Management Board members, required pursuant to § 10 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted by PGE in a separate report.
Legal ground: § 5 p. 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
