Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. („PGE”) discloses that on
June 4, 2013 the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection issued approvals for concentrations that allow PGE to acquire wind farms in Poland from DONG Energy Wind Power A/S and Iberdrola Renovables Energía, S.A.U.
PGE informed about the agreements on purchase of the wind farms in current reports no 12/2013 dated February 19, 2013 (acquisition of wind farms from DONG Energy) and no 17/2013 dated February 26, 2013 r. (acquisition of wind farms from Iberdrola).
It is assumed that both transactions will be finalised within the next weeks.
Legal ground: Art. 56 section 5 of the Act on public offering, conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organised trading, and public companies (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009 no 185, item 1439, as amended).
