Announcement of a break in the proceedings of the ordinary general meeting

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 28, 2024 has adopted a resolution on announcement of a break in its proceedings and has determined the date of its resumption on July 25, 2024 at 12:00 noon CEST in the building of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A., at 4 Książęca Street in Warsaw.

Legal ground: § 19 section 1 point 5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
