Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that the Extraordinary General Meeting of February 6, 2014 ordered a break in its proceedings and determined the date of its resumption on February 28, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. in the Novotel Hotel at 94/98 Marszałkowska Street, Warsaw.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
