Amendment to the quarterly report for the first quarter of 2016

Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs about the amendment to the condensed interim separate financial statements of the Company for the 3-month period ended March 31, 2016 („Separate financial statements”), constituting part of the consolidated periodic report for the first quarter of 2016.
Amendments comprises recognition of a dividend from a subsidiary in the Separate financial statements. Changes made in the Separate financial statements are presented in the appendix to this current report. Amended quarterly report will be published by the Company in a separate report.
The Management Board of the Company informs that the amendment to the Separate financial statements has no impact on consolidated statement of comprehensive income, consolidated statement of financial position, consolidated statement of changes in equity and consolidated statement of cash flows for the first quarter of 2016.
Legal ground: § 6 section 4 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2014 item 133).
