Contents of the report
In connection with the changes to the Statutes made on the ground of resolution no. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) of September 5, 2016 (see current report no. 66/2016 dated November 28, 2016), the Management Board of PGE encloses an amended consolidated text of the Statutes including the changes registered by the court on November 25, 2016 and a change proposed for adoption by the EGM on December 14, 2016.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
