Agreement with trade unions in mining companiesThe Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE) informs that on June 9, 2010 signed agreement with labor unions of PGE lignite mines in Belchatow and Turow (“Mines”). Thereby Social Partners representing the Mines’ employees have accepted the Consolidation Program presented by the PGE Management Board.

Contents of the report
The agreement guarantees already vested rights and other compensations without changes in their objective or subjective scope. Concluding the agreement ends labor dispute in Mines.
In the course of the Consolidation Program, consultation process with employees’ representatives in all PGE Group business lines is taking place in order to reach an agreement in labor-related issues.
