Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE) informs that on June9, 2010 signed agreement with labor unions of PGE lignite mines inBelchatow and Turow (“Mines”). Thereby Social Partners representing theMines’ employees have accepted the Consolidation Program presented bythe PGE Management Board.The agreement guarantees already vested rights and other compensationswithout changes in their objective or subjective scope. Concluding theagreement ends labor dispute in Mines.In the course of the Consolidation Program, consultation process withemployees’ representatives in all PGE Group business lines is takingplace in order to reach an agreement in labor-related issues.
