Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs that on July 21, 2011 the Supervisory Board have taken a resolution about adoption of the uniform text of the Company’s Statutes. The uniform text of the Statutes is attached to this current report (appendix no. 1).
The uniform text of the Statutes contains changes made pursuant to the resolution no. 25 of Ordinary General Meeting (“OGM”) of June 29, 2011 and changes made on the ground of resolution no. 26 of the OGM of June 29, 2011.
Changes in the Company’s Statutes introduced by abovementioned OGM resolutions are attached to this current report (appendix no. 2).
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
