Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) discloses that on August 8, 2013 the Supervisory Board have taken a resolution about adoption of the consolidated text of the Company’s Statutes. The consolidated text of the Statutes is attached to this current report.
The consolidated text of the Statutes embodies changes made pursuant to the resolutions no. 33 and 34 of Ordinary General Meeting (“OGM”) of June 27, 2013.
Changes in the Company’s Statutes introduced by abovementioned OGM resolutions were presented in current report no. 71/2013 from July 26, 2013 and in current report no. 74/2013 from July 31, 2013.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
