Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) discloses that on April 2, 2014 the Supervisory Board has taken a resolution about adoption of the consolidated text of the Company’s Statutes. The consolidated text of the Statutes is attached to this current report.
The consolidated text of the Statutes embodies changes made pursuant to the resolution no. 4 of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of February 6, 2014.
Changes in the Company’s Statutes introduced by abovementioned EGM resolution were presented in the current report no. 17/2014 of March 18, 2014.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended).
