Contents of the report
With regard to the current report no. 37/2018 of November 28, 2018 on initial interest in buying all shares in the company PGE EJ1 sp. z o.o., the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on April 17, 2019 PGE has decided to withdraw from the process of acquisition of shares held by other partners.
Thus, PGE’s share in PGE EJ1 sp. z o.o. will remain at 70%.
