Contents of the report
With reference to the current report no. 1/2019 dated January 7, 2019, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on November 19, 2019, talks that could have resulted in involvement of PGE in the construction of 1 000 MW unit in Ostrołęka, have been abandoned.
The Management Board of PGE declares that the strategic activities of the PGE Group in the area of electricity generation in the coming years will be focused on developing own projects and strategic programs.
