The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. publishes initial selected consolidated financial and operating data for 2018.

According to the initial estimates net electricity production at PGE Group generating units in 2018 amounted to 65.9 TWh (including 39.0 TWh from lignite), distribution volume reached 36.4 TWh and sales to final off-takers came out at 42.6 TWh.

Consolidated EBITDA for 2018 amounted to approximately PLN 6,364 million; including:

EBITDA of Conventional Generation segment PLN 2,938 million,

EBITDA of Distribution segment PLN 2,463 million,

EBITDA of Supply segment PLN 263 million,

EBITDA of Renewables segment PLN 463 million.

Consolidated net profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company amounted to approximately PLN 1,498 million (i.e. earnings per share of PLN 0.80).

CAPEX amounted to approximately PLN 6,856 million.

Estimated net debt as at December 31, 2018 was approximately PLN 9,600 million.

Average electricity wholesale price realized by Conventional Generation segment in 2018 amounted to PLN 176.3 per MWh (on comparable basis).
