The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“The Company”) informs that on February 19, 2010 the Company received declaration in which Minister of State Treasury appointed Mr. Krzysztof Żuk as a member of Supervisory Board of the Company as of February 22, 2010. Pursuant to § 21 section 3 of the Company's Statutes the State Treasury is entitled to appoint and dismiss one member of the Supervisory Board by way of a written declaration submitted to the Company.

Information about Mr. Krzysztof Żuk, which the Company is obliged to publish pursuant to § 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
