Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on March 28, 2023 Mr. Ryszard Wasiłek submitted his decision to stand down from the position of the Company’s Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations due to personal reasons, effective April 30, 2023.
Legal ground: § 5 p. 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required.
