The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on February 9, 2023 the Company has received a resignation from Mr. Marcin Kowalczyk from the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective February 9, 2023. The submitted resignation does not contain information about its reasons.
Legal ground: § 5 point 4 and § 9 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
