Art. 56 section 1 p. 2 of Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) has taken information that on January 31, 2017, the District Court of the City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register (the "Register Court") registered the change to the Company’s Statutes, made on the ground of resolution no. 6 of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company of December 14, 2016.
The particular changes made to the Statutes on the ground of the resolution no. 6 of the EGM were presented in the report no. 72/2016 dated December 15, 2016. The Management Board of PGE encloses the consolidated text of the Statutes including above mentioned changes.
Legal ground: § 38 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2014, item 133).
The particular changes made to the Statutes on the ground of the resolution no. 6 of the EGM were presented in the report no. 72/2016 dated December 15, 2016. The Management Board of PGE encloses the consolidated text of the Statutes including above mentioned changes.
