Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) has taken information that on May 30, 2019, the District Court of the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register registered the change to the Company’s Statutes, made on the ground of resolutions no. 24-30 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of May 15, 2019.
The Management Board of PGE attaches to this report content of amended and new provisions of the Statutes and a text of the Statutes including the registered changes.
Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
