Contents of the report
Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs that it has received announcement from Operation Division of The National Depository for Securities (“KDPW”), that 1,470,576,500 ordinary series A bearer shares with nominal value of PLN 10 each, admitted to trading on the main market by resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange no. 628/2009 dated November 3, 2009, will be registered on December 9, 2009. Aforementioned shares will be registered under ISIN code PLPGER000010. Ground of registration is the resolution of the Management Board of KDPW no. 395/09 dated October 12, 2009.
Legal ground: § 34 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
