The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") announces that on June 17, 2026 the Company received a notification from a shareholder - the State Treasury - on the nomination of candidates to the PGE Supervisory Board, in connection with the convening for June 18, 2026 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "OGM") (Current Reports no. 19/2026 and 20/2026).

The shareholder – the State Treasury – hereby submits the following candidates:

- Mr Michał Domagała

- Mr Andrzej Sadkowski

- Ms Anna Kowalik

- Ms Elżbieta Niebisz

- Mr Piotr Stolarczyk

- Mr Andrzej Kozyra

- Mr Andrzej Rzońca

At the same time, the Company is enclosing information on candidates’ professional CVs, educational background and qualifications to enable the Company's Shareholders to familiarise themselves with such information prior to the OGM.

Legal ground: § 20 section 1 p. 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
