Contents of the report
In connection with the current report no. 36/2024, the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the “Company”) on July 24, 2024 adopted a resolution on change of content of resolutions on granting discharge for year 2023 to the former Management Board members, presented to the Ordinary General Meeting of PGE. According to the new wording the draft resolutions indicate not to grant discharge in connection with performance of the duties for the year 2023 to the former Management Board members.
Legal ground: § 19 section 1 point 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
