Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) discloses that on May 19, 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company has adopted a resolution on dismissal of Mr Robert Kowalski, Vice-President of the Management Board for Support and Development. The Supervisory Board has not indicated the reason for the dismissal.
Legal ground: § 5 p. 5 and § 10 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognised as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
