Dismissal of members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the „Company”) informs that on March 30, 2010 the Extraordinary General Meeting have taken a resolution about dismissing Mr. Wojciech Cichoński and Mr. Ryszard Malarski from the position of members of the Company’s Supervisory Board, effective from the date of the resolution.Mr. Wojciech Cichoński was a Secretary of the Supervisory Board and the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the member of the Appointment and Renumeration Committee. He was a member of the Supervisory Board chosen by employees of the Company. Mr. Cichoński is the employee of the Company.Mr. Ryszard Malarski was the Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, the Chairman of the Strategy and Development Committee, the member of the Corporate Governance Committe and apart from the abovementioned functions he did not have any other function in the Company.Legal ground: § 5 section 1 point 21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
