The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. discloses that on October 2, 2012 the Supreme Administrative Court repealed the verdict of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of January 12, 2012 regarding the repeal of the decision on environmental conditions for the investment in form of construction of units no 5 and 6 in PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna Branch Elektrownia Opole, from the complaint filed by PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna S.A. and remitted the case for re-examination.
