Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2010

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”, “PGE”) hereby publishes dates of publication of periodic reports in 2010.1. Consolidated quarterly reports:- Quarterly report for I quarter of 2010 – May 17, 2010.- Quarterly report for III quarter of 2010 – November 15, 2010.2. Consolidated half year report for first half of 2010 – August 31, 2010.3. Annual reports:- Stand – alone annual report for 2009 – March 22, 2010.- Consolidated annual report for 2009 – March 22, 2010.The Management Board announces, pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2009, No. 33, item 259, as amended) (the “Regulation”), that Company won’t publish separate stand - alone quarterly reports. Consolidated quarterly reports of PGE Capital Group will contain condensed consolidated quarterly financial statement and quarterly financial information.Moreover the Management Board informs that Company won’t publish consolidated quarterly report for IV quarter of 2009 and consolidated quarterly report for II quarter of 2010 pursuant to § 102 section 1 and § 101 section 2 of Regulation, respectively.
