Change of date of publication of annual reports

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) informs about the change of date of publication of stand-alone annual report of PGE for 2009 and consolidated annual report of PGE Capital Group for 2009, indicated in current report no 1/2010 dated January 13, 2010.Abovementioned reports shall be published on March 16, 2010.Legal ground: § 103 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state.
