Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that in response to the invitation from Energa S.A. (“Energa”) and ENEA S.A. (“ENEA”), on January 7, 2019 the companies have started talks that may potentially result in involvement of PGE in the construction project of 1 000 MW unit in Ostrołęka (the “Ostrołęka project”), which is currently pursued by Energa and ENEA.
Information about further steps in the process within Ostrołęka project will be reported in separate current reports.
