Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”) discloses that on April 19, 2023 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr. Przemysław Kołodziejak to the Management Board of the eleventh term of office as from May 1, 2023 and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Operations. Information about professional experience and career of Mr. Przemysław Kołodziejak is attached to this current report.
