Appointment of the Vice-President for Finance

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company", "PGE") discloses that on June 24, 2024 the Supervisory Board of PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr Przemysław Jastrzębski to the Management Board of the twelfth term of office as from July 15, 2024 and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Finance.

Other information, required pursuant to § 10 of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted by the Company in a separate report.
