The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (“PGE”, the "Company") discloses that on June 18, 2026 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company (“OGM”) adopted resolutions on appointing to the PGE’s Supervisory Board as from June 19, 2026:

- Mr Michał Domagała,

- Mr Andrzej Sadkowski,

- Ms Anna Kowalik,

- Ms Elżbieta Niebisz,

- Mr Piotr Stolarczyk,

- Mr Andrzej Kozyra,

- Mr Andrzej Rzońca.

Enclosed, the Company provides information on the appointed members of the Supervisory Board.

Legal ground: § 5 p. 6 and § 11 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated June 6, 2025 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2025, item 755).
