Contents of the report
The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the “Company”) in reference to current report no. 26/2020 dated September 10, 2020 discloses that the Supervisory Board has determined the consolidated text of the Company’s Statutes which is attached to this current report.
The consolidated text incorporates the amendments made on the ground of resolution no. 24 of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company of June 26, 2020, registered by the District Court of the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register on September 7, 2020.
Legal ground: § 5 point 1 and § 6 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information required by the regulations of law of a state which is not a member state. (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757).
