Help Desk Consultants provide technical support:
► Registration and logging in to the Purchasing System of the PGE
Capital Group;
► Access to the Purchasing System of the PGE Capital Group
(including password reset, account unblocking);
► Information on the current availability of the Purchasing System
of the PGE Capital Group;
► Navigation through the Purchasing System of the PGE Capital Group
or the OnePlace Platform;
► Activities in the purchasing process carried out by the Contractor,
in particular regarding:
• Joining and participating in the procurement procedure;
• Communication with the Ordering Party;
• Submitting offers;
• Providing documents related to the purchasing process;
► Participation in electronic auctions;
► Finding information in the Purchasing System of the PGE Capital Group;
► Signing with qualified electronic signature;
► Confirmation of the offer submitting;
► Informing about the progress of works on handling problem notification.
