
Vice-President of the Management Board for Operations
The Supervisory Board of PGE adopted a resolution on appointment of Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld to the Management Board of the 12th term of office as from January 19, 2026 and entrusting her the position of the Vice-President for Operations.
Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld is a graduate of Foreign Trade at the University of Łódź, as well as the Catholic University in Nijmegen (the Netherlands). She is an academic lecturer, founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Effectus Papilionis Foundation, member of the Supervisory Board of the Mindset Institute Foundation, member of the LiderShe Association as well as a member of Association of Independent Members of Supervisory Boards.
Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld is an experienced leader, mentor and coach with over 30 years of business experience. She started her career in the financial consulting department of PwC in 1994, where from 2006 she was Director and led the energy team implementing projects for energy clients (strategy creation, restructuring, M&A, privatisations and consolidations) – she led inter alia project of acquisition of the largest CHP plant in Europe by Vattenfall, she was also responsible for introduction of leading European companies on the Polish power market including among others EdF, Vattenfall and RWE. In years 2009-2012 she held the position of Member of the Management Board, Managing Director for Trading at Vattenfall Energy Trading. In years 2014-2015 she served as Vice-President for Trading at Tauron Polska Energia S.A. where she was responsible for reorganization of the wholesale trade model and transformation of the group towards an innovative approach to sales development. In years 2013-2014 she has also cooperated with Fluent Partners as a coach and mentor for managers and C-level staff.
