He has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, of which 13 years in the PGE Capital Group. In addition, he worked, inter alia, at RWE Power and KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Since 2014, he has been the Director of the Investment Department at PGE S.A. He has supervised the investment portfolio optimization process and the progress of the implementation of key Group projects and investment programs.

He has gained knowledge and practical experience cooperating on conventional projects, including on projects for the construction of unit No. 7 at Turów Power Plant, units No. 5 and 6 at Opole Power Plant, gas and steam units at Dolna Odra Power Plant, as well as renewable energy projects and programs. He has actively participated in initiating the Offshore Program. Moreover, he has supervised the preparation of the current District Heating Strategy of the PGE Capital Group.

In 2018, he launched the PROinv Program – a multidimensional program for the development of organizational culture in the field of investment project management at the PGE Group.

The new Vice President of PGE Baltica is a graduate of the Faculty of Geoengineering, Mining and Geology of the Wrocław University of Technology, as well as the European Mining Course program, under which he studied at Imperial College of London, Helsinki University of Technology, TU Delft and RWTH Aachen. He also completed post-graduate studies “Capital investments and development projects” and “Value Based Management” at SGH, as well as “Business psychology for managers” at the Leon Koźmiński Academy.
