Author of law publications, including on energy law, public economic law, public finance, competition law, transport law, legal regulation of infrastructure investments, public procurement, public health law, legal regulation of free professions, gambling law, administrative proceedings. Member of the Board of Directors of the Poznan Branch of the Polish Economic Society.

He has held, among others, positions of President of the Military Property Agency and Deputy Mayor of the City of Bydgoszcz. He also worked as a lawyer and legal counsel.
