Mr. Jarosław Głowacki holds Master Engineer degree obtained from the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed postgraduate Study on Territorial Government and Local Development. He also completed postgraduate studies named Academy for Leaders of Local Government at the University of Warsaw. Furthermore, Mr. Jarosław Głowacki completed postgraduate studies on Public Administration at the Collegium Mazovia – Innovative University in Siedlce.
Since 2005, Mr. Jarosław Głowacki has been Deputy President of Siedlce, responsible for initiating activities, obtaining European funds and realization of projects. Mr. Jarosław Głowacki has experience in evaluation of projects co-funded by the EU. Employed in City Hall of Siedlce since 1990.
In accordance with the submitted statement, Mr. Jarosław Głowacki meets the independence criteria of a supervisory board member, as defined in detailed principle II.Z.4 of Best Practices of WSE listed companies 2016.
