The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the "Company") disloses that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company of November 14, 2018 dismissed Mr Artur Bartoszewicz from the Supervisory Board of the Company. At the same time, Mr. Radosław Winiarski was appointed to the Supervisory Board as from November 14, 2018
Mr. Radosław Winiarski graduated from Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. Since 2001 he has been working as a researcher at the above faculty in the Department of Economy’s Financial Systems, within the Unit of Banking and Financial Markets. In 2007 he earned PhD in Economics, at his alma mater – in the field on management.
Since 2016 he has worked at the Ministry of Energy as a Head of the Section within the Department of Supervision and Ownership Policy. In years 2007-2016 he was employed in the Ministry of State Treasury. Since September 2017 Mr. Radosław Winiarski has been a member of supervisory board of Lotos Upstream sp. z o.o. Previously he used to be a member of supervisory boards of inter alia: Enea S.A., H. Cegielski S.A. and Polfa Tarchomin S.A.
Mr. Radosław Winiarski has stated that his activities outside PGE are not competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that he is not participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and he is not participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.
Mr. Radosław Winiarski has also stated that he is not registered in Register of Insolvent Debtors, being kept on the ground of Act on National Court Register dated August 20, 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2007 No. 168, item 1186 as amended).
